Eden Kinlock
State Legislative Affairs Associate
Eden Kinlock joined FAMM’s policy team in January 2024. In her role as State Legislative Affairs Manager she spearheads our Visit-a-Prison campaign, a hallmark of FAMM’s work to open the hearts and minds of decision makers across the country. Her work tracking legislation, monitoring sentencing and prison reform developments, and performing legislative and policy research has proven integral to our federal and state advocacy campaigns.
Prior to her work at FAMM, Eden was at the Second Look Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing legal representation for individuals seeking relief from extreme sentences in the District of Columbia. Eden is also a proud alumna of American University, holding both a B.A. and an M.P.P. with an academic focus on equity issues within America’s carceral and welfare systems.
Guided by a deep-seated belief in redemption for all, Eden is dedicated to utilizing her policy experience and academic expertise to advocate for individuals adversely affected by mass incarceration.
